1. NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
Testosterone Enanthate 300 mg/mL (intramuscular injection).

2. COMPOSITION Each 1 ml contains:
• Actve ingredient: Testosterone Enanthate – 300 mg
• Excipients: Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol, Carrier Oil (e.g., Grapeseed or Sesame Oil)

3. INDICATIONS
Testosterone Enanthate is indicated for:
• Hypogonadism (Primary and secondary male hypogonadism)
• Delayed puberty in males
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in transgender men
• Certain cases of androgen deficiency-related conditions

4. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
• Administration: Intramuscular (IM) injection only.
• Recommended dose: Typically 50–400 mg every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on medical condition and physician’s
